Childminders Kildare County Childcare Committee can support you to as a childminder to have an appropriate programme of activities suitable for children in your age range, through one to one mentoring supports, telephone support, information articles and peer review documents.

The Government have launched a Childminding website: gov.ie/childminding to tie in with launching the National Action Plan for Childminding 2021-2028.

There are now 6 regional childminding development officers, who have developed a new Childminding Information pack to assist us to support both current and start-up childminders.
