Summary of Post - Early Days creche Centre is a private early years’ service for children aged 1 year to . The service caters for up to children and provides additional supports for families/parents. The Manager's primary role is to support & manage a large staff team, to oversee and implement a quality early childhood programme that promotes the development of the child supported by Aistear, the early childhood curriculum framework and Siolta, the Quality framework. Key Areas of Responsibility: Delivery of a quality, high standard, care and education service for children and their families, ensuring that best practices, policies and procedures are followed Administrative & financial responsibilities attached to the running of the service Manage, lead and support a team including Early Year education workers, , catering staff, etc Support and build relationships with parents/families
