ECCE Higher Capitation Changes September 2016

  The Minister for Children and Youth Affairs, Dr James Reilly recently announced the reform of the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) Higher Capitation model to support capacity building and quality development across pre-schools. Minister Reilly announces the release of €16m for 8,000 extra places under Community Childcare Subvention
